About the Bikes
What kinds of bikes do you lease?
We offer lightweight, size-specific bikes for kids from toddlers to pre-teens — balance bikes, first pedal bikes, geared bikes, and everything in between. If you don’t see what you need, we can lease any bike that fits your child or teen.
What if my child outgrows the bike mid-plan?
Easy! Just log into your account and request a size swap. We’ll handle the return and send out the next-size bike — no penalties or extra fees.
Are the bikes new?
Some bikes are brand new, while others are gently used — but every single one goes through a full inspection and professional tune-up before it’s delivered. All bikes are clean, safe, and in excellent condition — no rust, no surprises. If we wouldn’t give it to our own kids, we won’t lease it to yours.
Plans & Payments
What lease plans do you offer?
Choose between a flexible month-to-month plan or a value-packed 12-month lease. Both give you access to size swaps and optional upgrades.
Can I cancel my lease anytime?
Yes — if you’re on a month-to-month plan, you can cancel anytime. For 12-month plans, early returns are possible (just contact us to work out the details).
What happens at the end of my lease?
You can upgrade to the next size, renew your current plan, or return the bike. We’ll send you a reminder when it’s time to decide.
How do I manage my lease or make changes?
You’ll have access to your own customer portal after signing up. From there, you can view your current lease, request size swaps, add accessories or services, update billing, and handle returns — all in one place.
Add-ons & Coverage
What does the insurance plan cover?
Our optional insurance covers theft, loss, and major accidental damage. Everyday wear and tear is expected and always okay.
What’s included in the service plan?
We offer two levels: a basic monthly tune-up, or the “Plus” plan with bi-weekly service and optional pickup if you’re in our local delivery area.
Can I add accessories later?
Yes! Helmets, lights, locks, stickers, jerseys, and more can be added at checkout or anytime from your account dashboard.
Delivery, Returns & Swaps
Do you offer delivery?
Yes — we offer home delivery and local pickup options. Bikes arrive 90% assembled with easy setup instructions — or fully assembled if you’re local.
We charge a one-time $29 Bike Prep & Delivery Fee per lease to cover professional setup, packaging, and shipping.
Local pickup is always free and includes:
- Expert bike setup and fitting
- A cool starter pack with helpful extras
- Tips to get rolling confidently on day one
We waive the delivery fee on 12-month plans as a thank-you for committing longer-term.
How do I return a bike or swap sizes?
Just log into your account to start a return or size swap. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a local handoff, depending on your location.
What if I need a replacement part?
We stock common parts like pedals, grips, and tires. Just let us know what you need — we’ll get it to you fast.
