Welcome to Bike & Grow! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and related services. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Bike & Grow provides bicycle leasing services for families, along with accessories and optional plans for service and protection. Our business is based in Georgetown, TX and currently serves customers across the continental United States.
Bicycle Leases: Leasing terms, responsibilities, and conditions are governed by our Bike Lease Agreement, which must be signed through DocuSign before your order is finalized.
Accessories: Accessories and add-ons are available for purchase and are sold outright (not leased).
Optional Plans: Customers may add service and protection plans for an additional monthly fee.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe or other approved payment providers.
Lease customers may choose between monthly billing or a 12-month commitment plan.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Orders are not final until confirmed by Bike & Grow.
Local Pickup (Free): Customers in our service area may pick up bikes locally. Bike setup, fitting, and a starter pack are included.
Delivery: We ship to the contiguous U.S. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only; Bike & Grow is not responsible for carrier delays.
Leases: Once signed, leases are binding agreements covered under the Bike Lease Agreement. Early cancellations may result in fees.
Accessories: Accessories purchased outright may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are required to create an online account to manage leases, track payments, and request upgrades.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Bicycles must be used responsibly and in accordance with local laws and safety guidelines.
Bike & Grow is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from bicycle use.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions accurate but cannot guarantee availability or exact specifications.
All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Radulay LLC (DBA Bike & Grow) and may not be used without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
